What are the odds, that they perform this study,and the conclusions of the study arr that we should NOT pay reparations for slavery?
It seems pre ordained they will conclude that we should pay reparations for slavery.
Then you go through the whole routine about how much should be paid. Whatever amount is proposed, some activist types will say it’s just not enough, and it’s just a starting point.

When Africans were brought here as slaves, they did not have names.
When they were freed, they usually took the names of their masters.
