The article implies that since the mushrooms in the dish came from the same chinese province where shrooms are found, then Yellen must have eaten shrooms. Airtight logic. When the authorities do run into wild shrooms, they cordon it off like nuclear waste and pick them all for disposal. Can't have people questioning authority 'n stuff.

I’m not even sure Yelling yellen even went to China. How do we know this? Is anyone watching air traffic from DC to China (one can, via ADS-B)? Does anyone really trust what pablum we are being fed in the eneMedia? All we have is a few soundbites and pictures, but we see these in fiction form in entertainment, movies, TV, games, all the time, constantly.
