First, they claim that a white woman—who reported an attempted rape by a 19 year old black guy in a deserted department store elevator—actually just tripped and fell into her attacker. Sure, that’s why she screamed. Next, the make it sound like blacks were the victims of an unprovoked attack when in fact black newspapers at the time reported that a black vigilante group fired upon unarmed whites.
