Unfortunately, Illinois no longer has the death penalty.
But if this monster is released into the general population he might get it anyway.
In post #16, by “ general population” I meant a prison’s general population.
But I guess it would also work if he were released back into the neighborhood.
Some uncle or cousin well could set things straight.
We can only hope.
It will probably be years before he is brought to trial.
