Why is the United States (controlled by defense contractors) continuing to provoke and threaten Russia?
No one is "threatening" Russia. If you have not noticed, it is Russia that has been threatening and invading other countries. Russia would have peace if it just lived within its own borders.

While we hear it from the anti-Ukraine War people, the answer is not to enrich the defense contractors, as they could simply pick fights in plenty of other parts of the world, rather than a country that can easily wipe us off the map.
Look at the past. During the Cold War, we were the beacon of freedom that world, particularly the people of Eastern Europe and the Soviet Union STROVE FOR - they wanted that freedom and prosperity.
Now into the future. If Russia is able to fight off the West and remain independent, then they get to set their own rules, and so, for example, if the Globalists want to ban gasoline cars, meat, gas stoves, and toilets that actually flush, well then Russia doesn’t have to join their suicide pact...and it will be THEIR PROSPERITY, the prosperity in Russia and other countries not controlled by the Globalists that WE will then be striving for.
That is what the BIG DEAL is - the Globalist plan, just like Communism in the 20th century CANNOT WORK, if there is an alternative that is out there, looking FAR BETTER than the dystopian countries under Globalist control. The people in the West simply WILL NOT tolerate that. The Globalists understand that FULL WELL and that is why they are risking World War 3 in order to get control over Russia and then China, which then gets them the rest of the world. And they are thorough, as they don’t even leave us alone to discuss the Ukraine War in a civil manner here.
