No it actually has to do with my Interwebs and TV in AR. I don’t know if you recall, but I had called in July for a cancellation on August 2, and the gal cancelled me that day. So I had to call back and get it reinstated and rescheduled for cancelation on Aug 2.
They sent me the label to print out to return the router, which FS did on the 2nd of August, but somewhere along the line, someone got their wires crossed and now I’m being billed for August AND September.
No matter how hard they try to hide it, they have a foreign accent and a foreign understanding of how Americans spell their names. After speaking with three people, I’m finally given a phone number to call so I can get this worked out, so that’s when I gave up and called Dish Network to order a TV service I can hook up Roku to.
I need to call TDS and cancel the TV service because they have a lock on their boxes against Roku, and will keep the Interwebs. Dish doesn’t have Interwebs services.
So I’m rattled. I also had to call and cancel the renter’s insurance because I forgot to do it and they took out money for August. This is me being boggled.
Annette wants to take me car shopping tomorrow. Maybe that will be fun.
