I can’t imagine driving with a passenger (in any seat) who wants to be in control. I seldom ever have passengers, but that’s probably because I’m not a “chatty neighbor.”

If I lived next door to you, you’d probably brand me as a “recluse,” just because I’m not seen going to anyone’s house or having neighbors in. I was, at one time, when I was a young military wife, but that was because of tradition more than anything else. The Base was just a big Military Family.

Well, he is quite tall and really has a problem squeezing into the back seat of any vehicle... so we always let him ride in the front passenger seat...

It is easy enough to divert the conversation away from his “instructions” and “guidance...” takes a bit of patience though... lol

we are all pretty ‘reclusive’ out here... mostly only have family members over from time to time... one neighbor in the area has a ‘happy hour’ every Friday evening, but we rarely drop in since they start so early (5PM) when we are usually still busy doing stuff... they probably consider us to be among the most reclusive in the area....
