Trump will win Kentucky easily but the next Republican presidential candidate to win that state by 30 points (40? LOL.) will be the first one. Trump came very close to a 30-point margin in 2016 (but not 2020) and Nixon did the same in ‘72.
Cameron *should* defeat the empty-suit Democrat this November — by closer to 3 points than 30 points — and while that would bode well for 2024 it really has nothing whatsoever to do with Trump’s chances or his margin, any more than a Democrat winning the gubernatorial race 4 years ago meant a damn thing as far as the 2020 elections.
