I wonder if maybe either the Air Force or state or county are planning on something big in the area. I have noticed in the past, whenever a large ‘civic project’ is planned, there are certain friends of the some politicians that seem to have bought a lot of then land recently. Of course they had no advance knowledge of the planned project. Of course not.
