Excellent analysis of problems with hydrogen (especially as a fuel source for combustion engines: range and fuel storage).
In other words, industry experts are right about this big government boondoggle. Crony capitalism at its most ludicrous levels.
Hydrogen makes no sense period. BUT there is free taxpayer money to be given away to huge corporations.
BMW and more so Toyota are working on developing hydrogen fueled cars.
Biden’s advisors must have realized that using huge battery farms to store excess electricity from solar and wind farms wasn’t going to work, so they’re putting this out. Hydrogen is made, stored and used there to generate electricity.

I think you need to redo your work. Burning hydrogen yields only H2O...not sure where you came up with CO2.

Hydrogen makes WAY more sense than electric cars.
But not in favor of big govt subsidies
It takes more energy to produce the hydrogen than you get from its use.
