Is the Texas legislature asleep? Legislative remedy needed.
Despite its name, St Philip’s College is a public Institution, part of the San Antonio community college system. As such, it should be subject to the legislature. Initially, the college was established by the Episcopal Church. In due time, the church transferred the college to the local community college system.
