Philadelphia hasn't had a Republican mayor since January 7, 1952.

I'm not a Republican (and GOK I am not a Democrat) but I care about my safety, my family's safety, and the safety of my community.

I don't particularly care about the safety of criminals and bat**** crazy people in Democrat-run cities like Philadelphia.

IIRC Frank Rizzo did become a Republican after he was Mayor.
