Philadelphia hasn't had a Republican mayor since January 7, 1952.
I'm not a Republican (and GOK I am not a Democrat) but I care about my safety, my family's safety, and the safety of my community.
I don't particularly care about the safety of criminals and bat**** crazy people in Democrat-run cities like Philadelphia.

Ummm... when was the last Republican elected in Philly? The last Mayor left in 1952.
How exactly are the laws and conditions and culture in Philly the fault of anyone else but the Democrats?
