I would imagine the individual is on some steroid medication, and there’s always excess weight/water going on. On passing fitness standards? I bet there’s some type of waiver involved.
I would also suggest that if the individual was suicidal before...nothing much has changed, and in two-to-four years will revert back to the suicidal state of mind.
