Well, it was another banner week from the six unelected zealots who apparently make all of America's public policy decisions. Yet even after the hard-right supermajority on the Supreme Court torched affirmative action, greenlit all manner of ugly discrimination against LGBTQ Americans and yanked up to $20,000 from millions of indebted borrowers, President Biden and his allies still can't bring themselves to threaten or even contemplate serious reform to the judicial branch. Instead, they seem content to watch our very own Guardian Council wreak total havoc on American society...

All it takes to pack the Supreme Court is a bill passed by Congress, and signed by the President. The GOP House stands in their way now.

We are a Constitutional Republic, not a democracy. Speaking of democracy, the people never got to vote on nationwide abortion, gay marriage, limitations of the death penalty, and many other ideologies imposed by justices in office for life.

Democracy died in ancient Greece when it devolved to mob rule.
The Democrats have gotten away with stealing a presidential election in 2020, the governship/senate/AG/SoS in AZ and a Senate seat in GA in 2022 without any consequences whatsoever.
Democrats say things in public now they would have never uttered a decade ago because they know there will be no reckoning at the polls.
Democrats have always seized power when they had the numbers to do so. You can bet your bottom dollar that they are working on a way to have Biden nominate a new justice and have the Senate confirm the candidate by a simple majority. This candidate will not replace a dead or retiring justice. This candidate will be a tenth member. And if they get away with that, then they will bring in number 11, 12, and 13 until they have an unstoppable majority.

The author’s version of Democracy is where ‘majority rules’.
And the author does not care how the majority is created.
1. Stuffing the ballot box is ok.
2. Non-citizens of the USA voting is ok.
3. Using big government to subvert elections is really good.
In 2025 President Trump needs to pack the court with a dozen clones of Saint Clarence.
The left has not given this much thought. Don’t start the conversation unless you are absolutely certain you can deliver the goods.
This is exactly why the founders did not create a pure DEMOCRACY. They knew a majority vote by a feverish mob could eventually destroy the protections of individual rights guaranteed in the U.S. Constitution.
