It was decided on “free speech” grounds. It seems to me the Supreme Court should have also applied the 13th Amendment: “Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.”

Requiring someone to perform a service she/he does not wish to perform is involuntary servitude or modern day government mandated slavery.

So, every business in the USA, of any kind, at any time, could legally refuse to serve you, do a service for you, sell you something, buy something from you?
