When former president Donald J. Trump first burst onto the political scene in 2015 he was an animal. He had boundless energy, and a message that resonated with millions of people—he was fighting for the forgotten men and women who had been let down by our ruling class.
Trump was ubiquitous. At least it felt that way.
...SNIP...SNIP...
He appears to be running his campaign on auto-pilot, but without nearly the same amount of pizazz and chutzpah from 2016.
For an individual who is first and foremost an entertainer and a self-promoter, it’s hard to fathom that the reality TV star would become predictable and dare I say boring. But that is exactly what has happened.
While it’s true that Trump continues to face a barrage of unfair and never-ending attacks and politicized indictments, how many times do we need to listen to him say, “RUSSIA RUSSIA RUSSIA,” or “UKRAINE, UKRAINE, UKRAINE?”
Trump has every right to defend himself against these smears, but the problem is, his campaign is beginning to feel more like a revenge tour than one that represents the forgotten men and women.
There’s still a long way to go in the 2024 presidential race, but what has stood out the most is that the 2023 Trump is not the 2016 Trump. That might not be a good thing for the MAGA faithful.

Sounds good to me.
Revenge and retribution.
Against the deep state. Sounds like a plan to me.
I’m sure he’ll find the right messaging. The problem fir 45 is that common sense is out of season.
Trump has every right to defend himself against these smears
Smears?
Smears?
Really this clown named Carpe Diem calls an orchestrated coup a smear.
Sounds like a coup denier and therefore a coup sympathizer.
The publisher of this claptrap has touched all the leftist bases there are to touch.

Trumpers haters on FR are desperate if they are fanboys of this clown.
Burn it all to the Ground. - Trump 2024.
I like the way you think.
Another DeSanctimonious backer - who besides saying out loud that “age is sneaking up “ on Trump, misses the main point: Donald Trump is still fighting for us - and if we can get him re-elected, It is our vengeance he is fighting for.
I’m okay with revenge.
L
I would like to crush Trump’s enemies. See them driven before him. And to hear the lamentations of their women.
I thought they were stupid. But they seem to be catching on.
YEAH, we are out for revenge for penis chopping little kids, stealing the election, arresting mere protesters and keeping them in solitary for a year, targeting parents who dare to speak at school board meetings, the lockdowns, doubling fuel prices, killing businesses, the censorship, the endless spying on us, the rampant FBI corruption, you name it.
DC needs to know... Hell is coming to breakfast.
Well put!
And there it is. Although we're more likely to hear the lamentations of the perverts, poofters, deviants and metrosexuals instead.
“...his campaign is beginning to feel more like a revenge tour than one that represents the forgotten men and women.”
For me, revenge would represent the forgotten men and women. I want absolute revenge for all the traitors.
I like the revenge part. Don’t you Anti-Trumper?
“Revenge and retribution.”
Both the Democrats and GOPe seem to be very worried that if Donald Trump is the next President, “Revenge and Retribution” will be his main goal.
I say, “Bring it own”! After what they have done to our nation over the past eight (plus) years, I’m cheering for a bit of both!
Both parties are afraid their corruption will be uncovered.
In addition, the GOP is afraid they may be required to adhere to some of their campaign promises, which they seem to forget the moment they are elected to office.
Fear is what causes both parties to wish a return to “normalcy”. “Normalcy” means covering up once again the corruption that has been exposed and never mentioning it again, while at the same time pretending that the politicians are advocating for our nation’s return to moral behavior and financial prosperity.
The GOPe wants us to return to a time where their voters listen to them when they tell us forget the cultural “wars” and concentrate our efforts elsewhere since the left’s demonic behavior will remain at Berkeley and will not affect anyone else. I say simply “No, we will not” It is way past time our party’s political leaders start listening to the people as to their concerns, rather than telling us what we should be concerned about in regards to our continually degrading freedoms and country.

I want these traitors to pay dearly.
