“Who is lying? Merrick Garland or the whistleblowers?”
Probably the person(s) with nothing to lose by lying.
All here have many legitimate gripes with Mitch McConnell…but let’s give him credit for keeping this corrupt hack off the Supreme Court
Given the number of times he’s lied to congress it’s not a hard question to ask.
Weiss needs to be brought in to testify by the committee under oath.
I’m betting that it’s der kleine führer Garrlick. He doesn’t have much integrity in my books. It’s about the same as those two Dung Beetle Brothers, Barry O’Bama and Eric the Holder.
Which one has jeopardized their freedom to expose the TRUTH?
Not Garland, he believes whatever jOkeass/Sniffer tells him.
If you’re the one who enforces the sworn oath, who will come after you?
All I have to do is think about Trump’s valet, under indictment in a snap because they think he moved “some boxes”.
Meanwhile they have the goods on Joe Biden in writing, and they don’t even ask Hunter about it.
These scum are turning this country into a gulag.
The most corrupt person in a Democrat administration is the attorney general. Think Janet Reno, Eric Holder, and Merrick Garland.
They want it both ways. They want to force Trump to take possession of the documents, then prosecute him for possessing the documents they forced him to take possession of.
Quite simple— which one gains by lying?
One question - did Garland’s lips move?
Who is lying?
Shirley. it ain’t Saint Merrick. So it must be everyone else.
Why, Saint Merrick was even nominated to the Soopreem Court by President Sparklefarts, the most honest and moral man since Jesus Christ.
I think I read something to that effect in one of the major newspaper comic pages
JOHN 8:44
That’s like asking “What is slithering in the grass? That rattler or the hoppy bunny?”
he’s now going to say he never asked but told his people tat he was turned down
all other Officers of the United States, whose Appointments are not herein otherwise provided for, and which shall be established by Law: but the Congress may by Law vest the Appointment of such inferior Officers, as they think proper, in the President alone, in the Courts of Law, or in the Heads of Departments. (US Constitution II. 2. ii)
It has to be the President, Garland, or some judge, not the US Attorney.
The PRA is supposed to absorb, store and categorize those records left behind when a President’s administration has ended and the departing President has taken what he wants. The bureaucrats of the PRA are subservient to the President who has plenary power to determine what is and isn’t classified.
