Some states have a law that says striking union workers must be given their jobs back once the strike is over.

To be protected striking union workers, the strike has to be lawful. The cause of the strike must be for a cause identifiable in the contract or the contract expired.

I can't see this strike as being lawful.

Failing to materially support LBGTQ can hardly be considered an adverse working condition.
