You may be right, and only time will tell. If RFK Jr. does as well as I expect, I would not expect it to end like Bernie, sucking up to Skunk Cabbage in 2016, after being screwed over by the DNC.
Instead RFK Jr., assuming he is screwed over, could tell his people not to vote, vote Third Party, or, heaven forbid, vote for Trump. And enough voters would then do just that to make Trump a shoe-in.
Unless he totally strokes out or dies, the fix is in for Biden to be the ‘Rat candidate. Come to think of it, with Fetterman as evidence, EVEN IF he utterly loses all mental and speech and sphincter function, he’ll just be labeled “differently abled” and they’ll mount him on a mannikin stick and wheel him around on a hand truck.
Pray that the ‘Rat primary is nastier and more damaging than the Pubbie primary. :-)
My prediction is that there will arise a third party candidate that will siphon most of his/her/its votes from the ‘Rats. Someone like Kennedy. Or even Manchin.
