I have heard about Desantis’ plan and team to take apart the swamp, but Trump just makes some vague statements he’ll do it. Maybe he’s going to reuse his previous highly successful plan of hiring them to his side? Maybe he’ll even hire Fauci back and turn his presidency over to him again.
I’ve seen DeSantis firmly address the cultural rot and corporate support of it, while DJT supports Disney and AB because they are big donors. And who threw a big LGBT gala at Mar-a-Lago? DeSantis told Disney who donated to him to kiss off with their groomer advocacy, while Trump worried that Disney would stop donating to the GOP, so to go easy on them. True conviction from Don. But DeSantis is the supposed sell out. SMH.
As President, Trump praised Diane Feinstein for her work on gun control and uselessly banded bump stocks while DeSantis got Constitutional carry passed in Florida. So who is really in favor of our 2A rights and who can be trusted to protect them best? Not NYC Trump if he doesn’t have to worry about re-election in 2028.
Trump hired backstabbers and grifters to staff the WH and his administration and had leaks and turmoil galore, while the Gov. of Florida has had virtually no leaks and chaos in his highly successful administration; all done without petty name calling and blame placing.
Trump will do, but he’s not the best to do what needs to be done and he’s least likely to get elected to do it.
