Trial will be in Ft. Pierce (St. Lucie Co.) Florida. In 2016 and 2020, St. Lucie Co. carried Trump with 49% and 50.4%, respectively. In 2022, St. Lucie Co. carried DeSantis to win gubernatorial re-election with 59.4%.

Just a coincidence...
Move along, serfs...
Nothing here to see...
To be stupid to do any debates. Tech, why do I need to base. He’s leading way ahead. I don’t think he’s going to bed fact, I think he said he’s not gonna be the baby.
Why would you ask such an asinine question after I researched the election data for St. Lucie Co.?

I’m assuming Motions to Dismiss have been or will soon be filed?
I believe all motions are due by the 24th - not certain.
Words of wisdom.
I don’t believe they’ve responded at all.
There is a possibility that it may have been filed, but not released, although that would be unusual. I do expect that some documents may never be available or delayed in being able to see them. Also, expect heavy redactions.
The jury pool won’t be exclusively from St. Lucie County. The poll will be made up of jurors from the entire court district.
