Hunter Biden’s plea deal with United States Attorney David Weiss appears to exclude the alleged Biden $10 million “bribery” scheme an FBI informant documented and that Weiss reportedly obtained from former Attorney General William Barr.
Hunter Biden on Tuesday agreed to plead guilty to two federal tax violation charges and one violation of gun laws, per reports Tuesday morning.
The decision of whether to ultimately charge Hunter Biden was up to Donald Trump-appointed United States Attorney David Weiss. In March, Attorney General Merrick Garland said he would personally have to authorize any potential charges against Hunter Biden.

How does it exclude it? And why isn’t a plea deal inclusive of answering any and all questions regarding the $10+ million. Do the two guilty please suggest that Hunter has come clean on his income and now paid taxes on that income?
I suspect we’ll never know all the details of the crooked plea deal; it’ll be sealed forever.

I really thought any bribery charges would be included but, very deeply hidden.

Time is not on our side.
Biden and Hunter will keep stonewalling the republicans until Biden is gone from the White House. He’ll be gone when he loses or when he wins and resigns.
Republicans did not go after Hillary when she committed the same crimes as Trump is accused of. She became immune when republicans decided that, she was no longer a threat. Same will happen with Hunter and his father.
Democrats become immune from prosecution, when republicans become in charge. Republicans have only a few months to bring charges, but, Biden and son will get away with their crimes.

Has it occurred to anyone that, Yes, Garland is 100% a political hack-of McConnell did one good thing it was not letting this moron on SCOTUS….and that all of Garland’s corruption is a giant EFF You and middle finger to the Republican Party and the Right, in general, for him not being on SCOTUS.
And it’s done with ease because of how corrupt Biden is.
Daddy will have all of Hunter’s charges erased.

It also ignores any potential charges against Hunter under the FARA (Foreign Agent Registration Act) since Hunter worked for foreign governments, and lobbied his Pops for political favors.

DOJ is violating its own internal policies on this case. The Ashcroft Memo requires they charge the “highest provable offense” and seek consistent sentences with other cases brought by DOJ. This prosecution is an absolute laughable joke. Thousands have been sent to prison for long terms for the same charges.
Hunter and Joe are immune from the law. In the meanwhile, throw Trump in jail on a bunch of bogus bullsh*t. That’s our Justice Department - total trash!
I assume that because Hunter is pleading guilty to being prohibited from being around firearms that he and his fathers secret service details will now be unarmed and all firearms will be removed from any property he has access to.
Biden will pardon his boy of any and all charges. When he does it depends upon whether he gets another term.
