Because of people like the OnlyTrumper here who posted this. Suddenly he’s Washington Post fan. Anything to disparage DeSantis and now his wife.
Why do we eat our own?
I think it’s because some republicans see politics as a game and their party is their team. When their team plays badly or they do not like a particular “player” they try to punish their team.
Unfortunately when playing these games they forget it’s not a trophy that’s at stake. It’s the direction of the country we live in that is at stake.
Personally I would like to see the day soon when all the republican candidates including DeSantis announce they are stepping down and will fully support Donald J Trump.
