This is absolutely nothing new. I work in IT, and when I read the Antrim County, MI forensic report done on the Dominion system in that county, I was horrified. Here is a summary I put together a few years back of what I read in that report:
Link to Dominion Democracy Suite Antrim County Forensic Analysis Report
Allied Security Operations Group, LLC was hired to do the forensic analysis on the Dominion voting systems in Antrim Michigan after a rare judge granted legal access to the voting systems which allowed the plaintiff who was concerned his vote had not been counted (who, for ONCE, was deemed to have "standing" in an election case.) They were able to get the machines frozen and were able to take exact copies of the software, and examine the hardware.
As an IT person, I found it astonishing. Some of the low-lights: - All users were using the same Superuser accounts with full admin privileges. I heard from another source they actually had the credentials taped to the monitors.
- Windows updates and patches were 2 YEARS out of date.
- Antivirus was 4.5 YEARS out of date
- No hard drive encryption
- SQL database had no password protection.
- Server security logs prior to 11/4/2021 at 11:03 PM were intentionally deleted. Only the security logs were missing. Other logs before that time were still present.
As an IT person, there is too much "apparent" ineptitude to be...ineptitude as the root cause.
Especially those security logs that are missing. That is a red flag for me.

I heard it said that the report was amateurish, debunked, sloppy...etc. etc. etc.
I would like someone to tell me how those findings can be “debunked” if they weren’t deliberate fraud, which is one thing I haven’t heard, that they were fraudulent.

Interesting. The link from scribd that had the copy of the report won’t open now.
Imagine that.

it's been a long time but ..... 96 -2000 I was shown a casual demonstration of a 2 digit super user code for the machines lining the hall of our courthouse.... stored there in the open. I used to have a video of the surprised faces of the county It guy and the probate judge as I walked in on a little “fix” it moment.
I didn't really follow up on it ... but I did suddenly get a lot more cooperation from the county on FOIA requests ...
Fighting corruption in a water project....but
Following the 2000 presidential election, the state of Georgia instituted the most comprehensive overhaul of voting technology in the country.
And it still didn't help

Electronic voting was pushed out for the purpose of cheating. Remember after the 2000 election when the democrats made a mockery out of the tried and trued systems. Then the Federal government pushed the states to change their voting systems. Things were changed to make cheating easier and less messy.
