I don’t agree, but I understand. Every company I ever worked for would have fired me if I suddenly brought attention to them. It doesn’t matter if the attention was good or bad. It’s that there was suddenly a narrative about them that they could not control. Companies are afraid of things they can’t control. Their instant reflex is to get rid of whatever caused that to happen.

Firing her has brought even more attention to them, and negative attention at that!

I wonder if there is a retirement plan for those who work for them for 20 years or more...

So why didn't Transhueser Bush fire the wokester Karen who came up with Dylan Mulvaney for the Bud Light campaign? She is still "on leave," and since they didn't specify that she was "on unpaid leave," that means she is getting a paid vacation.

Companies are only afraid of being on the wrong side of the woke press.
