Same boat. I think it’s like coffee, a kind of stimulant. But when it gets to the point of constant impending doom projection it becomes pathological. I figure it will be like a lot of other things I’ve quit, at some point it just drops off and I’m over it. Filling the mind with toxic, dead end politics makes no sense but going in it’s like coffee!
