When a government gets large and powerful, it becomes corrupt and irresponsible. When things or people get in the way of its exercise of power, it removes them. If necessary, it removes them permanently.

That's just the nature of human organizations that are not only not subject to the law, but become the law.

In our country right now, we have a government that is part of the army trying to establish a dictatorship. They--the government--have almost unlimited power and they're not afraid to use it.

Just wait until the government DOES have absolute power.

They will assassinate anyone and everyone who opposes them. That's just the nature of human organizations where there is no system of checks and balances (i.e., absolute power).
