When the hell is somebody going to go full 25th amendment on him?

The somebody would have to be Kamala Harris and a majority of his Cabinet. Brandon, or his handlers, can challenge it with a simple letter declaring he’s fit for office. Congress would then have to decide the matter with a 2/3rds vote of each house to permanently remove him.

If you’ll remember, Pelosi proposed setting up another body to initiate a 25th Amendment removal (as allowed by the 25th) but it was never voted on.

The writers of the 25th wanted to be sure that the removal of a President wouldn’t be based on political motives but actual incapacitation. I think they were thinking of both Wilson and the what if if Kennedy had survived the head shot but was in a vegetative state.
