You dont think the US should exert its influence like the Russians do?:
Pyatt: you can be pretty sure that if it does start to gain altitude, that the Russians will be working behind the scenes to try to torpedo it.
There is no “ordering” going on here, just the US trying to shape things in their favor - as any nation with influence would.
