But if there is no record of the document being declassified, and it is still marked as classified, how do you prove it was declassified? Your statement may be true, but doesn’t resolve the quandary.

You’ve got it backwards. It’s the prosecution who has a responsibility to prove it wasn’t declassified. The burden of proof is always on the prosecution, not on the defense.

As soon as the president took it from the white house they were declassified by his power as the chief executive. Declassified stamps and markings are employed by whom? Has each elected president been given an official stamp of some kind that he must use to make it official? Take it to its logical conclusion you can see how this case is total BS.
