Yes. A couple of months ago I was listening to a radio interview of a young African man. China was building his city a modern road system. He was really impressed with that. What a good friend China is!
What this guy doesn’t realize is that some day the bill will come due. It might happen behind the scenes. And he might not even notice it. But China does nothing for free.

It’s worse.
The African man doesn’t realize the Chinese have a very low opinions of Africans. They would exterminate them if they could. Perhaps a virus that only kills Africans.
