It may be a SC issue. I bet numerous states would forbid a “convicted” felon in prison from being on their Presidential ballot.

It would be unconstitutional if they do forbid a convicted felon.

As l said it would probably end up in the SC. I am sure a “convicted” felon in prison would be excluded in numerous state Presidential ballots
