I can’t agree. It the rats actually pull this off and Trump is in jail he cannot be elected because he won’t be on many of the state ballots.

It would be unconstitutional for a state to keep him off the ballot.

It may be a SC issue. I bet numerous states would forbid a “convicted” felon in prison from being on their Presidential ballot
