I can’t agree. It the rats actually pull this off and Trump is in jail he cannot be elected because he won’t be on many of the state ballots. I just don’t see it

Trump wins! The Deep state will see to it that, again, he will not be seated as 47. But, he still wins. Also, the Democrats are winners. They win. It doesn’t matter how they win, they just do. Republicants are loser. They lose. They are in DC to help the Dems win. They do that were well.

When David Horowitz says anything at all, it carries weight with me. I think he frames the abomination of this current banana republic perfectly.
And he knows of what he speaks.

Trump should file a law suit against every person who signed that fake Russia collusion letter. He should sue them into a tent on some sidewalk. He has to pay rough now and this is the time.
To: SJackson
I have little question that he would win the vote.
Win the count? Not so much.

Trump can wave his hand and the pernicious Dominion algorithm ill evanesce? The truckloads of xerox ballots will all run out of gas on the highway before they reach the polling places that show Democrat deficits?

The Deep State would kill Trump before they would ever let him step foot in the White House again as POTUS.

If Trump is in prison when the election is held as the Democrats intend him to be, he will still win for the same reasons. If Trump is in prison before the election is held he will die of an "unexpected" heart attack. That would be the whole point of detaining him.

Just before the Republican-controlled Senate voted not to impeach private citizen Trump in February 2021, Chuck Schumer publicly vowed that if the Senate did convict him, as Senate Majority Leader he would hold a vote to block Trump from ever holding public office again.

Chuck Schumer publicly vowed that if the Senate did convict him, as Senate Majority Leader he would hold a vote to block Trump from ever holding public office again. The legal basis offered for such a ban was a questionable interpretation of the Fourteenth Amendment, which was designed to prevent leaders of the Confederacy who had engaged in an armed rebellion from holding office in the government against which they had declared warThis is not true.
In the event of a conviction in the Senate, the Senate is allowed two and only two punishments:
First, removal from office; second, disqualification from future office.
These do not derive from the XIV Amendment clause about insurrection, they are specified in Article I section 3: "Judgment in Cases of Impeachment shall not extend further than to removal from Office, and disqualification to hold and enjoy any Office of honor, Trust or Profit under the United States"

The GOP’s real problem is how many people are there like me?
It’s Trump or I’m voting third party. I’ve held my nose my entire life voting for POS GOPe candidates like Romney. Not doing it again. Ever.
