Why aren’t any of those other 21 republican governors as effective as DeSantis has been

I don’t understand why so many on Free Republic, have such strong dislike for DeSantis.

Some even say, he’s a fine governor, he’s done a great job, but he isn’t ready for prime time, he’s a RINO in spite of some strong conservative credentials, etc.

If someone prefers Trump to DeSantis, that’s fine. I prefer Trump to DeSantis. Someone will be the Republican nominee in 2024. You can prefer one candidate or another, without having such disdain for other candidates.

I don’t care if it doesn’t fly, the truth is the truth and in Florida we get things done whereas some other “ Republican super majorities” have trouble getting out of bed. Just like the Republican House where we just had 149 alleged Republicans vote with the Democrats to give away 4 trillion dollars.

So you can plainly see that having a Republican majority doesn’t mean a thing if they are divided, kind of like Texas.
