The Court hearing on Thursday is before a Federal Magistrate judge - not District Court Judge Cannon.
The Magistrate can probably accept the motion to dismiss, but I doubt there will be any open court discussion about it.

It is SO Obvious that the DOJ and FBI THOUGHT THAT WHEN THEY INCARCERATED ALL THOSE PATRIOTS FROM JANUARY 6, THAT THAT EXTRAORDINARILY UNJUST ACTION, WOULD SHOW ALL OF US THAT WE SHOULD NOT VOICE OUR OPINIONS.
