Why no wall...why no spending cuts
Ask Congress. They're the ones who create the Bills, spending and otherwise, and pass them. You ought to know by now that when Republicans have a majority in either House, they squander it, sit on their hands, and don't do shit. Why, after Gore tried to steal the 2000 election didn't Republicans attempt to pass election reform when they had majorities? They never even brought it up.
