PROBLEM: Trump was not the President when he had that document. Does he still retain that right?
Does the Presidential Records Act only concern itself with documents while a person is President or does it also address or apply once that person has left the office? It doesn’t seem like it would be an issue WHILE they were still president, would it? The whole thing is confusing because the laws here are somewhat contradictory and never really intended to be prosecuted in a court? (Records Act)
