Sounds like Kari Lake is auditioning for VP, which means she may be auditioning for president since the law is not clear if Trump can even be sworn in if he’s incarcerated and somehow wins the nomination and the election.
Well hopefully he doesn’t end up there. If he does and is elected potus again I think his first order would be a full pardon.

Yes, the law is clear; if elected he will serve. However, he will not be incarcerated. The Biden administration is not quite that stupid. It will have too many other fires to put out. Time is short.
