It's a perverse life style. Those that partake of it know, deep down, that it isn't right. They struggle with their own self-acceptance. Out of a desperate need for acceptance and justification for what they know is wrong, they seek that acceptance and approval from others. When it is not forthcoming, they become violently confrontational in a futile demand for not just acceptance and approval, but celebration of their perversion.
