Some of us old farts are still alive and kicking, where's the pushback from the Fort Bragg "All Americans" 82nd Airborne alumni?
I am a gettin old, back from the times when body armor was the old cotton OD fatigue shirt.
Good question, the vets and vet organizations could have won this as an issue of little importance to the public at large while being a spit-in-your-face dismissal act against veterans and our war dead.
That video is intense.
Thank you for posting the video. I was a senior in high school when we pulled out of Vietnam. I went to my parents bedroom and watched the Fall of Saigon. My heart was broken.
I will never ever forgive the leaders for that tragedy. How Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos would suffer. Millions died because our leaders failed us and them. My parents educated me well. I knew exactly what The Fall of Saigon meant.
My parents, one a Dutch citizen the other a German citizen and my sister and I both American citizens witnessed what Communist rule meant when entering East Germany and East Berlin in 1964.
Thank you for your service and undying loyalty to this country.
