It’s obviously intended to prevent Donald Trump from being re-elected in 2024!

“President Obama appointed [in 2009] Ferriero to simultaneously head the new National Declassification Center, which had ‘been given four years to go through 400 million pages of federal documents that remain top secret. They date to World War I.’”

Reasons 1-7: reasonable evidence of PROBABLE CAUSE that Trump committed a crime for which he is accused ("indicted"). The U.S. Constitution, Amendment IV.

The U.S. Constitution. Remember that?

And without PROBABLE CAUSE, the indictments must be thrown out and very possibly prosecutorial misconduct considered.

This was posted on freerepublic yesterday:

“According to initial media reports, the DOJ has filed an indictment consisting of seven counts.”

“Model Prosecution” memo analyzes those six federal crimes in depth [1]:

Retention of National Defense Information (18 U.S.C. § 793(e))
Concealing Government Records (18 U.S.C. § 2071)
Conversion of Government Property (18 U.S.C. § 641)
Obstruction of Justice (18 U.S.C. § 1519)
Criminal Contempt (18 U.S.C. § 402)
False Statements to Federal Investigators (18 U.S.C. § 1001)
Other violations maybe:
7.Dissemination (18 U.S.C. §§ 798 and 793(e))
8.Unlawfully removed classified documents from the White House (18 U.S.C. § 1924)

I can’t find the link, but the justsecurity.org site would interest many here.

Because they’ve been out to get him from day 1.

Even before he ran, the democrats were saying that if he got elected, they’d just impeach him to get him out of office. They didn’t even have anything on him. They were just using it as a tool for insurrection to set up the government they wanted, the people be damned.

There are two fundamental conditions that must be met for a Constitutional Republic such as ours to exist and have legitimacy. We agree to be governed if these two conditions are met:

If either of those conditions are not met, it is not a legitimate government.

And I don’t think we are meeting either of those criteria now. We clearly do not have free and fair elections, and there is a multi-tiered layer of justice.

If you are privileged with the correct credentials after your name, or have the appropriate connections, the threshold for initiating legal proceedings is far, Far, FAR higher for you, but if you are an enemy of the state like Donald Trump or anyone else without the correct connections, you may be in line for a Ham Sandwich in Court date.

I am currently reading William Shirer's excellent book "The Rise and Fall of The Third Reich", and what we see here is EXACTLY what took place between between 1/30/1933 when Hitler was appointed Chancellor by Hindenburg, up to the end of WWII in Europe on 5/8/1945.

In the early Thirties, Nazis committing murder as part of the attempts to grab the reins of power were routinely let off with no sentences or extremely light ones because they were affiliated with the Nazis.

We are seeing much the same thing today in the United States.

Right now it is documents.

Soon it will be lives.

The rest of this is worth reading (despite the annoying ads):

The release of the indictment came from Trump himself. If it clouded any other news of the day, it’s really on him.

At the most, the FBI has about five (5) to six (6) boxes of classified information from the Mara Lago residence.

Plus President Trump was our POTUS during this time.

The FBI has recovered over 1000 boxes of classified information while Biden was VP in about five (5) of Biden's houses.

He was not entitled to take this information home while he was a V.P.

One of major reasons I am independant voter and I have given up any hope of the DemonRat party.

MSM has not mentioned the current Alzheimer and Dementia president Biden and what he did.
