I would go to jail on this one If I was the owner of the spa. I am also not totally hostel to the fact of trans people exist.
Trans people have to realize that being trans is how they see themselves it is not how the world sees them.
I have a trans sibling. My sister sees herself as being male. while I love my sister. I will never see her as my brother, and I believe my siblings that claim they see her as a he are lying to themselves about this.
When someone is trans they have effectively removed themselves from their own original gender and should realize that they will still not be able to participate in all gender roles of the gender they are trying to mimic.
Situations like this spa where it is pompously set up for one gender should be allowed to deny entry of a trans person. it is not being mean it is catering to the needs of those that are not comfortable doing the activity they are doing with those who are biologically of the opposite sex

It's not so complicated as that. This is not terrorists who are jurists with "normal" genetic proclivity that seek to dominate you, the citizen. The source of these slimy acts cannot be blamed on a "disease" that some morality-changing bacteria or viruses cause. And it is a mode of life that the human chooses, not one that is saddled on him/her unwillingly. It is chosen, obvious as any criminal activity is, and deserves an instant just penalty.
No, what is happening is the failure of each individual to have been indoctrinated from birth of what is right and what is wrong, what is good versus what is evil, and to stand for what is right and good.
The Founders of our Independence from the Aristocats and definition of the Rules that constitute our government, they understood that our definition of "freedom" arises from the experience of being harnessed to the obedience of the sayings of Jesus Messiah, His Prophets, and His Chosen Apostles, written down, faithfully preserved, accurately translated, and exegetically interpreted.
For our representatives who should be formulating the procedures of how those rules are to be applied, it is the criminals of our society that have garnered power by blackmailing the judges who have been given the final say as to whether the law-makers and executive officers acting on them are obeying the Righteous God or not, but rather yielding their force to this unelected "mafia," this "cosa costra" of Satan's earthly servants.
These unjust judges, like the "wise guys," are unadvisably offering "protection" to out-and-out plain-literal criminals, enemies of the true just society that has been liberated from Sin as a Master of them by the Golden Rule.
That is not a disease, an infection of evil germs. It is the willful choice of some humans that have the leverage to maim or kill other weaker humans, physically or economically, who will not stand against evildoers.
Pretty obviously the "judge" spoken of in this article, and others like him/her/"they" who have yielded to corruption through being blackmailed for their own moral torpidity, that come down to affirming acts of the many-lettered immoral culturists. Such immoral decisions effectally deconstruct a right-standing society and transforms it to the blood-letting anarchic chaos that the criminal worldlings prefer.
In my Biblically-based opinion, such decision-making unrighteous judges need to be dethroned summarily and executed as traitors to the principle of a government of righteousness and peace desired by the Creator and Lord of it. Mere imprisonment only causes their influence to multiply, like a festering boil which finally bursts, with their moral pus infecting all that it can reach.
No, they and each of the kinds of tenured college professors who gave them their thoughts ought to be exterminated like a mad dog for good cause lest they infect many (even any) more.
