Unfortunately, they don’t see that what they are doing does not please half of their customers. They are only pandering to a small minority and in the process, lose a lot of their old customers. I am one. I will never darken their door again.
I just sent in a comment to their website and asked why they didn’t stick with treating everyone equally without pandering to anyone in particular. It’s bizarre that they want to be linked to child mutilators when they’re set up as a homestyle, family-oriented business.
I haven’t been to the store for several years, but I’ve ordered from their online shop and from their DoorDash delivery service. That’s the end of all that. It’s insulting that they use Americana decor as their theme.
