There’s the question of how can you be charged with obstruction of a non-crime?

When the charges are filed, I suggest you read them. If there’s no crime, there will be no code cited in the indictment. If that’s the case, you’re right. Otherwise, you’re off base.

At least he got lucky with getting it venues in Florida where a jury may be more favorable to him.
