This will be a speaking indictment which means that on Tuesday the the prosecutor will lay out the details in the charge. Speculation is multiple parties were involved some of which may have been turned.

This is a different case from the New York case with the Florida one being more overwhelming.

Trump likely would have avoided this charge had it not been for his obstruction. When you’re asked multiple times to return everything and claim you have and later find that you didn’t, you piss off the system. IMHO, that sunk him. I think he too would have skirted if he had cooperated. He’s been given a lot of latitude. And maybe that was a strategy. Give him enough rope.

But if Pence deserved prosecution, then why wouldn’t Trump. BTW, I have never, ever been a fan of Pence.

The AG took the job, and made it pretty clear he was out to indict Trump so this should really be no surprise. It’s a flimsy indictment but I think it’s just a paper drill.

Comparitively speaking as far as keeping classified material between several high profile politicians. Why have classified material around after you are no longer in a position to use it.
