Russian tourist, 23, screams 'papa' as he is mauled to death and eaten by a shark in front of his father and horrified guests at Egyptian holiday resort....(not for the faint at heart)

The video shows that the man desperately shouted 'Papa, Papa' as the predator closely hunted him in the water, circling him before launching the attack.

The man can be seen desperately trying to swim towards the shore, but appears to be attacked by the shark while still in deeper waters.

His body is seen spinning in the water, and his legs raise above the surface - as horrified onlookers scream and shout for the man to swim.

'Swim away, swim away! Quick! A shark!' people can be heard shouting.

The splashing in the water stops, and the man's head returns to the surface. He appears in the video to be moving around in the water again, but only slowly.

He can be heard screaming 'Papa', pleading for help, as some of the water turns red.

As he does so, the shark's body is seen clearly at the surface this time. The long black shape circles around the man, and its fin and tail are seen near the surfa

Yes it was horrific. The people on the dock watched this - I’d be in shock!
How very sad for the swimmer though...his father will never get over his screem ‘PaPa.’

Have you seen how it’s grown up there? Go on Google Earth, amazing. Probably stuck on base now all the time. I wandered everywhere on foot and the AVN mini bus.

These guys were swimming on this side of the dock...going like crazy to get to shore.....this shows the dock where the people watched and filmed from - the victim was on' the other side' further out from the dock.

There were several people swimming around the dock area that I have seen in photos...appears to be a resort area that attracts tourists.

Apparently he was a freelance writer. Moved with his dad there 6 months ago.
I can’t imagine being in his fathers shoes as he watched and heard his son cry out.
How would you ever get your mind around that!
