This seems to be all too conveniently forgotten. If he had chosen other methods available to him, imagine the sh*tstorm due to the complexity of the process. It appears we cannot even have a proper deeper conversation about this, and it all comes down to sound bytes. Such is politics and our short attention spans.
The truth is, Trump could have dismissed Fauci had Trump proven either misconduct or some other performance problem. These days Trump has no issues pointing out misconduct by Fauci. I guess he just wasn't smart enough to get it done when it mattered.
