I knew little of DeSantis 6 months ago. I thought he might be a good 2028 prospect based on the little I did know.
The more I learn now, he will definitely not be on any preferred list of mine for 2028.

DeSantis already made the biggest mistake of his career when he decided to run in ‘24. Once you make such an error, it’s easy to double down and keep making more mistakes in a vain attempt to salvage something, rather than reversing course and taking your lumps.
